Yin Immersion May 2026

This five-day immersion explores Yin Yoga as living architecture — where physiology, meridian theory, and subtle body awareness meet lived experience. A space to feel how your body has organized around your life, and how it can reorganize from within. Through long-held postures and guided inquiry, we work with the organs as centers of intelligence — shaping emotion, perception, direction, and relational depth.

Each day is devoted to one of the Five Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine, its corresponding organ, primary Yin meridian, and the emotional and energetic qualities it governs:

Kidney — will & deep reserves

Liver — vision & direction

Heart — sovereign fire

Spleen — nourishment & trust

Lung — truth & release

This work meets you wherever you are. Whether you come with a refined practice, or simply a sense that there is more to feel in your body, what unfolds here is personal. This is a space to come into direct relationship with the intelligence of your inner life — from within your own lived experience.

What we work with here is the quieter intelligence beneath habit and response — how the body holds experience, and how it reorganizes when presence is sustained.

Together we study:

• Primary Yin meridians and fascial pathways

• Organ physiology and emotional governance

• The intersection of Chinese medicine, seasonal rhythms, and lived experience

• Translating subtle insight into daily life

This immersion is for:

• Practitioners seeking depth beyond posture and mechanics

• Teachers refining their understanding of Yin and space holding

• Individuals ready to slow down and return to their body as a place of devotion

• Bodyworkers, healers, and therapists interested in somatic and energetic literacy

No certification is required to attend. Registered yoga teachers may count 15 hours toward continuing education where applicable.

Wednesday–Friday: 4:30–7:30 pm

Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 am–2:00 pm
